Command input:
ath_revit_import
Imports a Revit family and its attributes into the drawing.
Revit families can be exported from the building model with the Revit app ATHENA Exchange for Autodesk® Revit®. The file format is *.ath.
When you execute the command, a dialog box for file selection is opened. Here, you select the desired *.ath file and press Open.
Families exported from Revit® usually contain dummy outlines. You can work on these in ATHENA and export them with the Export to BIM command as a new Revit family. With ATHENA Exchange for Autodesk® Revit®, this Revit family can then be imported into the building model and updated anywhere.
