Exports the contents of the current layout to the model space of a new drawing.
When you execute the command, a standard dialog box for file selection is opened. Enter the file name and the storage path of the new drawing there and press Save to create the new drawing.
• Objects within viewports may be trimmed, copied, or released. Objects outside of viewports are removed.
• ATHENA objects are released and converted into unnamed blocks.
• Optionally, drawing frames and captions (text boxes) as well as objects that are located on layers that are suppressed during plotting can be excluded from export. This can be done in the options, under Presettings > Drop-down menu Export.
